Questions

About prenatal and postnatal Pilates.

Can I do Pilates while pregnant?

Yes, with your doctor's or midwife's OK. Your sessions are private, so every exercise is chosen for your stage and how you feel that day.

When can I start after giving birth?

Once your doctor or midwife has cleared you for exercise. We start gently with breathing, your core and your pelvic floor, then build from there.

I've never done Pilates. Is that okay?

Absolutely. No experience needed. We show you every piece of equipment and go at your pace.

Can my insurance pay for it?

For Physio-Pilates, often yes. It is guided by our partner physiotherapists and we bill your insurance directly. Ask us about your plan.

Is there parking?

Yes, free and easy parking right at 156 Duncan Mill Rd.

Feel strong, every week of the way.
