This 55-minute session is designed to introduce and reinforce proper breathing, alignment, and foundational movement principles. You’ll also learn how to safely and effectively use the equipment, with guidance tailored to your individual needs and experience level. Time is set aside throughout the session for questions, ensuring you feel confident and supported every step of the way.
